Beauty in the Bay!

Welcome to the Future!

Last year was an incredible time, and our hearts are with any and all who struggled through. As we endeavor into the future, let's all take a deep breath and appreciate the incredible space we call home.

When I bought my first home, my realtor saluted me by saying, "Congratulations, you now own a piece of California real estate." As presumptuous as it sounds, he was right to boast. California is an anomaly in a beautifully temperate zone as part of the first land after the largest span of water on Earth. We are privileged to help make the Bay Area shine!

With that in mind, distract yourselves for a minute with some examples of our beautiful installations, and get a sneak peak at our NEW WAREHOUSE!

340 Sanchez Street

This gorgeous Eureka Valley listing from Kevin Ho and Jonathan McNary offers great city living at an ideal location.

To compliment the classic architecture and modern updates we brought in natural materials including gorgeous rattan accent chairs.

East Bay Stunners

The last few properties we've done for Stacey Isaacs in the East Bay have been amazing opportunities with staging that compliments great architecture and views.

We stage as far east as Walnut Creek, as far south as Los Gatos, and as far north as Petaluma and Vallejo.

With 15,000 square feet of furniture, we're ready for any listing!

Sage Sayde Says…

Question: How much furniture do you really have?

Sage Sayde Says:

Last year was a whirlwind in so many ways. The real estate market last year was no exception with a tremendous amount of turn-over. At our peak we had 96 listings staged at one time. This involved nearly doubling our inventory.

What's in the inventory? No less than 150 couches and coffee tables, 400 accent chairs, and over 1,000 lamps, As a result, we moved to a fantastic new 15,000 square foot warehouse where we "shop our closet" every morning.
