We're honored to be staging so many incredible homes around the Bay Area this summer!  We love what we do and are constantly buying new pieces to increase our inventory and bring diversity and style into our staging projects.

Now into the middle of summer and the height of real estate transactions, we bring you 3 more listings that highlight our range of skills including a Mill Valley house, a Twin Peaks loft and a cute Nob Hill condo.

81 Vista Del Sol

Josh Burns through Pacific Union has listed this beauty in Mill Valley.  81 Vista Del Sol has over 4,400 sq ft of space with an open modern floor plan, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 car garage and great outdoor space.  This home is a family's dream

880 Corbett Avenue

Listed through Tal Klein Realty,  880 Corbett Ave in Twin Peaks has a lot to offer its future homeowner(s).  With over 2000 sq ft of space, 3 baths and 2 expansive bedrooms and a patio with city views, we had a great time making this modern loft shine.

1436 Jackson Street (San Francisco)

Listed by Christine Lapatowski with Zephyr, 1436 Jackson St is located in Nob Hill, a highly desirable and central location for anyone wanting to live in San Francisco.  With 680 sq ft of space this condo went fast and we loved making it look hip and modern.

Sage Sayde Says…

Question:

I’m selling my 3 bdrm 1800 sq. ft single family home in Dogpatch this September. My realtor says we should hire a home stager to maximize the appeal in order to get top dollar.

My furniture is decent and I have an incredible collection of 70’s rock posters framed in the living room and dining room. Why should I spend 8k for a staging installation when my place already looks good? And why should I spend more money to rent a temporary place nearby for my dogs, 7 yr old son and myself while our realtor is showing the place?

Sage Sayde says:

IStaging your home is a no brainer.  It’s the easiest and most cost effective way to get the biggest return on your investment.  A good home stager will make your home look sophisticated, hip and glamorous — like a property you would see in a magazine feature.  The experience a stager has is invaluable.  They know how to make a room look bigger, brighter, modern, fresh and inviting.  Sayde Mark Designs has staged more than 1,200 homes over the past 9 years.  We know what works, and have an incredible inventory of furniture, rugs, lamps, art, bedding and outdoor pieces to give your property the WOW factor needed to compete in the busy San Francisco market.

Leave it to the pros to show your home in its very best light.

A home purchase is an emotional and personal transaction.  If I buyer is enchanted by fantastic interiors, they are more likely to enter a bidding war when offers are due.  You will easily get 10 times or probably more on your investment back from staging.  Definitely relocate your family while your home is for sale.  It’s stressful and near impossible to keep your home tidy and presentable for showings, especially with dogs and kids!
