Never a dull moment… — San Francisco, CA

Greetings!

Staging in San Francisco is so very interesting to us here at Sayde Mark Designs. We are always fascinated with the variety of homes we see month to month. Every staging project presents a unique opportunity to showcase the very best a house can offer its future homeowners. This month, we’re highlighting three homes from distinctly different neighborhoods that showcase our diverse and unique design point of view.

This month’s properties:

255 Berry St, #404

This Mission Bay gem puts you within walking distance of downtown, AT&T park and the vibrant and rapidly developing Mission Bay community. 255 Berry St., #404 is listed through Missy Smit at Compass. At just under 900 sq ft properly scaled furniture highlights the potential comfort a smaller space can still provide. We used the natural light to highlight the brightness of the condo complementing it with large scale art and beautiful hues of grey, blue and tan.

75 Van Buren Street

Listed through Alec Mironov and Amy Clemens with Zephyr, 75 Van Buren in Glen Park is another beauty where we worked with the natural light to make the house feel open and welcoming. With a unique layout, smart effective staging was essential in showing all of the potential this 2,000 sq ft 2 bed, 2 bath home has to offer.

2801 Jackson Street (San Francisco)

Listed by Tom Cooke at Hill & Co., 2801 Jackson St is located in the heart of Pacific Heights. 1,100 sq ft makes this 1 bedroom spacious and comfortable, and it’s located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city.

Question:

I am about to embark on a long overdue kitchen remodel and am not interested in the same old all-white theme that is so pervasive in design magazines.
What can we do to give our new kitchen some pizazz and personality, but keep it timeless?
