Jennifer Rosdail of Keller Williams just sold this spacious 2 bdrm/1 bath cottage in the Sunnyside neighborhood. Particularly fun to stage, this home featured an unfinished art studio/family room that we COMPLETELY transformed to show buyers the potential to expand and the hidden value in this unique property.
